About a week ago I heard that Jay Cornell had given Jabb a crazy track to write to. I really didn’t know much more about it until I heard “Conscience” last night. The track is indescribably good. A slow, haunting sample and loud, trunk-knocking drums backs Jabb’s equally hard-hitting “mixed thoughts” expressed through his lyrics. This is the first track to come out after the Pen & Paper  mixtape and its the start of something truly different. This is a song you could listen to on repeat for a long time. I would know because that’s what  I did last night. Take note, you heard “Conscience” here first.
